Dispatch
Orders are cleared and dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Each shipment carries a tracking number, which we send by email as soon as the courier scans the parcel.

Insurance & duties
All shipments are insured for their full value at our cost. Import duties and local taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare every parcel at its true value — we will not under-declare, for your protection and ours.
Returns
Unworn timepieces with intact stickers and unopened fragrance may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Pieces must be returned in their original packaging, insured, using the label we provide. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of inspection.
Warranty
Timepieces carry a 24-month mechanical warranty from the maison, in addition to any remaining manufacturer warranty. Fragrance is guaranteed authentic and sealed; opened flacons cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
