Are the watches authentic?
Yes. Every timepiece is inspected on our bench across 72 points before listing, and ships with a numbered certificate of authenticity. Where the manufacture issued papers, they are included. If a piece ever fails independent verification, we refund it in full and cover the inspection cost.
Do watches come with box and papers?
Each listing states exactly what is included. Where the description says “full set”, the original box, booklets and warranty card are present. Where papers are absent, the listing says so plainly.
Is the fragrance genuine and sealed?
All fragrance is sealed, batch-verified and never decanted. We do not sell testers, refills or unsealed flacons.
Can you source a specific reference?
Often, yes. Send the house, reference and budget to concierge@ghanatong.com and we will search our vault and our network, usually answering within two working days.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, and bank transfer for orders above $10,000. Bank transfer orders are held until funds clear.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to more than 40 countries. If checkout does not offer your destination, write to us and we will arrange a bespoke shipment.
