Orders
An order is an offer to purchase. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch by email. We may decline an order where a piece has sold, where verification fails, or where we cannot verify the buyer.
Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude import duties and local taxes, which are payable by the recipient. We reserve the right to correct manifest pricing errors before dispatch.
Authenticity
Every piece is sold as described. Independent verification is welcome within 14 days of delivery; where a piece is found not to be as described, we refund it in full.
Returns
Returns are governed by our shipping & returns policy. Opened fragrance cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the piece. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the maison is registered.
