Ghanatong began in a single room in Accra with a loupe, a screwdriver and a rule that has not changed since: if it cannot be verified, it is not sold.
Today the maison operates between Geneva and Accra, serving collectors in more than forty countries. We are not a marketplace and we are not a boutique. We are a small team of horologists and perfumers who buy, inspect and document each piece ourselves — then deliver it, insured and discreet, to the person who asked for it.
How a piece enters the vault
Every watch arrives on the bench before it ever appears on this site. We measure amplitude and beat error, check case and bracelet geometry under magnification, verify dial originality against factory records, and photograph every surface. A watch that fails a single point is returned to its owner, whatever its value.
Fragrance follows the same discipline. Seals are checked, batch codes are verified against the house, fill levels are measured, and nothing is ever decanted. If a flacon has been opened, it does not enter the vault.

The service
Each purchase includes a numbered certificate of authenticity, the original presentation box, and — where the manufacture issued one — the warranty card or papers. Delivery is fully insured, signature-required and dispatched within twenty-four hours of clearance. Unworn pieces may be returned within fourteen days.
“We would rather lose a sale than sell a doubt.” — The maison, since 2012.
